Dancing with friends
We had a cold day. It started at 32 degrees and only got to 48 degrees.
I got up early at 7:30 so we could go to town. First stop was at Walmart to pick up a couple of items I forgot the other day. While we were there we picked up sticky buns for breakfast. Then we went to the UPS Store to pickup our mail. It was surprising that it wasn't busy considering it's four days before Christmas. The last stop was to fill the car with gas.
Doing errands
I attended three Christmas virtual square dances. First was Di Green and Terry McCann's Weekly Plus at 10:00 for an hour. They called five tips with 12 participants. The Di, Terry and the dressers dressed up for Christmas. I had a great time.

Second was Dayle Hodge's Weekly A1/A2 at 11:00 for an hour. He called two A1 tips, two A2 tips and one four couple tip with 10 participants. Larry danced with me and we had a super time. After the dance Dayle took us on a tour of their Christmas decorations in the house.
Third was Dace Eno's Weekly C1/A2 at 6:30 for two hours. Karen Rabe and Greg Moore helped Dave call the A2 tips. The format was two C1 tips with 10 participants, five A2 tips with 11 participants and one C1 tip with 9 participants. Dave Hutchinson attended the dance for a bit to thank us for the get well cards. In between the tips we did a little Trivia. The last A2 tip all three callers took turns calling. Dave called the C1 tips. I had a fun time.
While I danced Larry was researching building virtual/electronic slot machines. These are not very popular, especially in the US, they are a bit more popular in the UK where slot machines are called Fruit Machines, supposedly because the original machine tended to have fruits on the reels. You would win by lining up cherries, lemons and other fruits. Today he temporarily installed a couple of slot machine games on the pinball machine and we had fun playing the slots. They look, work and sound like real slot machines in a casino. Of course with our setup I had to play using a keyboard. Not sure where he will go with this, simply exploring.
I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event today was Event: World Tour Mini of 10 games. It took me 51 minutes and 17 seconds, which put me in 18th place in my group. I played Angry Birds.
After the last dance we watched an episode of Death In Paradise. Then I watched a Christmas movie on Amazon called When Hope Calls Christmas. Then I watched a couple of episode of Rockford Files. I ended doing 27,000 steps, which put me in 3rd place in my group.
