Happy Boxing Day
Today was Boxing Day. Boxing Day is a holiday celebrated the day after Christmas. It originated in Great Britain, servants got the day off and were given a gift box from their employer. The servants got to go home and give gifts to their family. The gifts are given in a box.
We started the day out by attending Di Green and Terry McCann's Weekly C1 dance at 9:00 for an hour. Di called five tips with 17 participants. Larry danced with me and we had a super time dancing with friends. It was a nice way to celebrate Boxing Day.
Get a partner and dance
Last week Larry spent quite a bit of time messing with slot machine games. He said he was going to drop it, there just are not that many people doing it so there is very little help or development. However, today he was back at it. He had some questions on a group of games and communicated with a knowledgeable person via a Facebook group. He has the games working but is now having difficulty figuring out how to get a menu system to work with them. If he was doing this via a more normal system it would probably be easier but he really wants them to work via the pinball machine setup. I played a couple of the games and it's like you're in a casino. I had fun learning how the games work.
While Larry worked on the slot project I played my games. I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong and the event, which was Event: Two Game Tango of 20 games (10 Klondike and 10 10 Spider). It took me 2 hours, 44 minutes and 23 seconds, which put me in 20th place in my group. Then I moved on to Angry Birds.

In the evening we watched another episode of Midsomer Murders. Amazon puts an episode up every Sunday. After Larry went to bed I started watching the 3rd season of Jack Ryan on Amazon. Then I watched a couple of episodes of Rockford Files on Freevee. I ended up doing 28,000 steps, which put me in 2nd place in my group. It a great start for the week.
