Hanging out with friends
The day started out with a little fog on the lake. It was windy all day. The weatherman was right, the low was 54 degrees at midnight and it went up from there. It got to 77 degrees at 2:00.
We started the day out attending Di Green and Terry McCann's Weekly C1 dance at 9:00 for an hour. It was nice to have Di and Terry back after three weeks. They came to the United States to do some site seeing and meet some of the dancers they called to through Zoom. At the beginning of the dance Di had some technical problems. We could hear her but couldn't hear any music. After 20 minutes she had solved the problem. Di called four tips of C1 with 20 participants. Larry danced with me. We had a super time dancing with friends.
Grab a partner and dance
After the dance we went to town to do some errands. Larry wants to get silver vinyl for the playfield of the pinball machine. We stopped at Walmart to see what they had. They didn't have what Larry wanted. While there we did some grocery shopping and Christmas shopping. Then we went to Michael's to check out their vinyl. They also didn't quite have what he wanted, he will buy it off of Amazon. We stopped by The Home Depot to buy a magnetic catch for the new access door.
Doing errands
When we got home we had lunch. Larry received an e-mail from The UPS Store and said we had a package waiting for us so we went back to town. The package was a controller board that Larry had ordered from France.
Larry continued working on the pinball project.
I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event today was Event: Medium Mayhem Mini of 15 games. It took me 59 minutes and 50 seconds, which put me in 24th place in my group. I played Angry Birds 2 and Angry Birds and Friends.
In the evening we watched a couple of episodes of Death In Paradise. Then I started to watch a detective series on Brit Box called Without Motive. It only went for two seasons, each season covers a case. It's an ok series. I ended up doing 28,000 steps, which put me in 5th place in my group.
