We had another cold day. It didn't get out of the 40's but the sun was shining and the wind was gone, beautiful day.
I started the day out by doing my Solitaire games. I did the Daily Challenges and the Event: Hard Road Mini of 5 games. I took me 57 minutes and 49 seconds to complete. I also played Mahjong and Sudoku.
We attended two virtual square dances. The first was Dayle Hodge's Weekly A2 at 11:00 for an hour. We had 34 participants. Dayle called four tips, the third tip was a workshop, where he went worked on Square Chain Thru. He put us in different positions, which helped a lot. We had a great time.
The second one was Doren McBroom's Weekly C1 at 6:30 for an hour and a half. We had 17 participants. This week Doren invited Don Moger to help him call. They called six tips. We stopped before the sixth tip was over because we weren't having fun. Both Doren and Don put us in complex positions so we kept breaking down and getting frustrated.
When it warmed up a bit we did a couple of things in the Minnie. Before our last camping trip we had removed a memory foam topper from the mattress and replaced it with a latex foam topper. The old topper was worn out and the new one worked better but Larry wanted to try flipping the base layer over. The two layers are inside a zip on cover, getting it on or off is really difficult. Our sleeping area is above the cab and there is precious little room to work on anything. We got the mattresses out of the cover and then we put the topper on the couch so we could flip the base layer over. Then we put the cover back over the mattresses. The limited space along with the mattresses being big and heavy made this a hard job. After we got this done I made the bed.
Next up was the water pump. Every since Larry put in a new pump when we forget to turn off the switch every once in awhile the pump will cycle, the system loses pressure and the pump cycles to build the pressure back up. Larry has checked everywhere for a leak and it is not leaking. It doesn't really hurt anything but it drives Larry nuts. He thinks the check valve in the pump is not working correctly so he decided to put in an external one. To get to the pump and plumbing you have to empty the closet and remove the closet floor, then you have limited room to work inside the closet. Larry had ordered a check valve, everything else he had on hand. It was a bit of a job and took quite a few trips in and out of the house for another part or tool but he got it installed. He hopes this will fix the problem. We won't know until our next camping trip.
In between the dances we watched YouTube videos. We watched the wildlife in our backyard. For the last couple of weeks we have had Cardinals visiting us.
A beautiful Cardinal
After the last dance we finished watching the fourth season of Warehouse 13. When Larry went to bed I watched a couple of movies Ocean's Thirteen and Quigley Down and Under. I ended up doing 28,000 steps.
