Friday 1-15 Making Evening Bags

Hold on

It was another beautiful windy day with the temperature in low 60s.

I did the Daily Challenges and the Event: Free Cell Mini of 5 games. It took me 15 minutes and 14 seconds to complete. I also did some Mahjong games. I also vacuumed the house.

For last few days Larry has been making evening bags using the Cameo machine. He made three different ones. None of them were all that large but he redesigned two to be smaller. The smallest one is only 4 inches wide, the largest is 7 inches. They are quite sturdy and they came out outstanding. On two of them he used his new embosser. He got the designs from a company called Dreaming Tree, one of the great things about Dreaming Tree is they have videos on how to assemble all their designs. Some designs are quite complex, many have 40 or more pieces to cut and assemble so the videos make it much easier.

We attended two virtual square dances. The first one was Di Green's Weekly C1 Workshop at 2:00 for an hour and a half. We had 53 participants. Di worked on Twist The Line, Twist & Anything, Swing the Fractions, Tally Ho and Recycles. We had a super time.

The second one was Ett McAtee's Weekly A2/C1 at 6:30 for an hour. We danced the four A2 tips with 38 participants. We had fun dancing to Ett.

After Ett's dance we finished watching All Creatures Great and Small on PBS. Then I continued watching the second season of Unforgettable. I ended up doing 28,500 steps, which put me in fourth place in my group.
