Awesome Day
We had an awesome day.
We spent the day in Corsicana dancing. Corsicana is 99 miles one way from the house so we left the house at 7:15 to get to the dance at 9:30. We have been dancing A2 at Corsicana Senior Activity Center since December and are having a great time. Glenn and Dale have been calling together. Glenn also calls a C1 dance on Fridays at Corsicana when he can get a square. Last week he decided to change his Friday dances to Tuesday after the A2 dance. We attended both dances. The schedule was 9:30 to 11:30 A2, 11:30 to 12:30 lunch, 12:30 to 2:30 A2 and 3:00 to 5:00 C1. We attended both the A2 dance and C1 dance. The first half of the A2 we were short a couple of people to make two squares. After lunch we had enough for two squares. It was nice the first half because everyone had a chance to relax. The dance was run by the computer, which told you if you were dancing or not. During the C1 dance we had enough people for a square plus one extra person. This dance wasn't run by computer we just took turns sitting out. We hadn't danced C1 in person for over four years and we struggled a bit. It was a long day but we had a great time dancing to Glenn and Dale and with friends.
We love square dancing
We got home at 7:00. We watched more YouTube videos, we're almost caught up.
I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Event. Today the event was Event: Medium Mayhem Mini of 15 games. It took me 35 minutes and 5 seconds to complete, which put me in 7th place in my group.
When Larry went to bed I watched the 2nd episode of the10th season of The Brokenwood Mysteries and a James Bond movie called Casino Royale. I ended up doing 17,500 steps, which put me in 4th place in my group.
