Ready to go boating |
It was a little breezy this morning but we still went boating. We got the boat ready and connected it to the truck, then I gave Flo a snack and said good-bye. Now that Rogers Park is open we didn't have to go far to launch the boat. The lake is going down every day. The walkway to the dock was out of the water so Larry didn't have to walk through the water. When I go to pick Larry up at the dock on Lake Belton I have to aim towards the right instead of the left, it all depends on the direction the wind is blowing and it usually blows out of the southeast. Once Larry was on board he drove the boat little ways down the lake to the west. The lake was a little rough so we flew the Air Chair and floated. We were at the lake about an hour. The cove at Rogers Park is well protected so I didn't have any problems putting the boat on the trailer. The only problem the ramp has is that it's flat so you have to back your vehicle into the water. After we got the boat out of the lake we wiped it down. Then we headed back to the house. We spent the rest of the morning and afternoon at the house.

The light bulbs Larry reviewed of The Home Depot Seeds Program |
While at the house I read and Larry did another Seeds review. The review he did was on Ecosmart 75w LED light bulbs. In the evening we met up with Louis at Walmart to go to our A1 Graduation Dance at Allemande Hall. We had two squares and an extra couple. Sometimes we struggled through some moves but overall I think we did good. We're going to start A2 moves on Mondays starting September 12, this will give us some time to practice A1. We had a fun day.
