| It's hot!!! |
We woke up to a bit of a breeze but we decided to go to the lake anyway. We loaded up the boat and connected it to the truck. The parking lot at Rogers Park only had one trailer in it so we had our own private lake. We were surprised that the lake wasn't smoother considering the wind wasn't blowing that hard. While at the lake we waked surfed and floated. When we got back to the ramp we had to wait for a little bit. One couple was putting their fishing boat in and a gentleman was working on his boat. After Larry backed the trailer down the ramp he talked to the gentleman about working on his boat. He was nice to the guy, he just wanted him to know that he should have pulled the boat up the ramp so someone else could launch and pull their boat out without a long wait. Today I had trouble putting the boat on the trailer, there was no reason why I should have had a problem considering there was no wind. Once the boat was on the trailer and pulled up the ramp we wiped the boat down and then went home. When we got home Flo once again heard us and barked to come out to say hi.

The frontyard needed to be mowed. We either could mow it today or tomorrow. I told Larry I was already hot I might as well mow today. While I mowed the yard Larry weedeated and blew off the drive, the porch, lawn mower and blew out the garage. By the time we were finished we were hot and tired. We rested and then we had lunch.

The rest of the day we hung around the house. We watched the Olympics from 12 to 4. While watching the Olympics I did some laundry and vacuumed the house. Then we watched YouTube videos and read until the Olympics came back on at 7 to 11. After the Olympics were over I read until it was time to go to bed.
