Flo started out the day very slow, Larry had to help her up off the floor. She went outside and did her thing and then she came inside. She usually goes and eats her breakfast but for the last three mornings she hasn't. This morning she didn't even look at it. We have been giving her a supplement called Welactin, it's come in a soft gel capsule, she doesn't really like the taste of it and will not eat the capsules so we have been cutting them open and squirting the liquid on her food. She will sniff it and look at you like do I really have to eat this, then she eventually eats the food. This morning Larry didn't give her the Welactin and he changed the pain pill from Tramadol back to Vetprofen. When Flo finally got around to eating she didn't spit out her food because she didn't have Welactin on it. After eating Flo had a really great day, she was getting up on her own and her hearing was even a bit better. I don't know if it was the change of medication or if she just had a good day. Some days she has good days and some days are not as good.
After breakfast Larry took me to the gym. I worked out for a little over an hour, I did the circuit area with the weight machines for a half hour and then I did the treadmill for 35 minutes. My workout was easier today. After I finished we went to HEB to do our weekly grocery shopping. Then we swung by The UPS Store to pickup our mail. By the time we got home it was lunchtime. Flo was waiting for us at the door. Today she heard us come home. She was one happy dog to see us.

After putting the groceries away I heated up some of the pulled pork and made sandwiches for lunch. When lunch was over I studied Taminations to prepare me for our A2 lesson this evening. Taminations is a square dancing program that gives you the definitions of the moves and show you the moves through animation. We have been using this program since we started A lessons. It helps prepare you for the lessons. Our lesson starts at 5:00, it takes about an hour to get to Sun City so we leave around 3:45. We learned five more moves today, only two more to go. We stayed from 5:00 until 7:45. The Sundancers didn't have enough people to make two squares so a couple of their tips they invited the students to join in. They dance to recordings and normally they choose really difficult and challenging recordings but when we are in the squares they dance to more normal A level recordings. This was great because we are able to get more floor time dancing to all of the A calls. The dancers are very helpful and positive about our progress in the lessons. We had a super day.
