RV Show in Round Rock |
This morning was overcast, this time of year in Central Texas is seems most mornings are a bit overcast but by afternoon the clouds are gone. Larry got an email indicating there was a RV Show this weekend at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, We decided to go. We thought about taking Flo along but Larry thought it might get too warm in the car. It took us over an hour to get to the show. We were surprised to see so many RVs. Crestview RV Center and Princess Craft Campers were the main companies there. Crestview had Class A, B, and C motorhomes, B+s, fifth wheels and travel trailers. Princess Craft Campers had travel trailers, fifth wheels and truck campers. It took us an hour and a half to walk through the show. While walking around we ventured in some of the RVs. The interior in some of them were very nice, some cabinets were rounded and the drawers slide in and out very smoothly. Most of the RVs didn't have a stove and I really like my stove, when we go camping I like to bake cookies, pizzas and make things like enchiladas . The interior of most of them are dark and they have leather like furniture surfaces, I prefer cloth. There were a lot of nice RVs but we didn't see one that we really needed. We know eventually we'll have to buy a new one considering our Minnie is so old, of course our new one will not be brand new. We had a great time walking through the RVs. On the way home we stopped by Taco Bueno for lunch. We like their food but we don't have one around us so when we saw the one in Round Rock we decided to take the opportunity to eat there.

On the way home we stopped by HEB and picked up a couple of items and then we walked next door to Papa Murphy's and picked up a pizza for dinner. By the time we got home Flo was very excited. She greeted Larry at the door hopping up and down which she hasn't been able to do for a long time.
Larry has feet problems and normally dances in tennis shoes, they don't slide well so he uses dance socks on his shoes so they will slide. He doesn't want to cover up his Patriotic shoes with the dance socks so he ordered some leather for the soles. The other day when we were in Walmart we picked up contact cement to attach the leather to the soles. The leather arrived today so he worked on putting the leather on his shoes while I worked out with Just Dance and Golds Gym. Whenever I workout Flo doesn't like it so she goes outside or if Larry is in his workroom she will go with him. He opened the garage door and the door from his workroom so Flo could go outside if she wanted to. She was happy about this. I worked out for an hour considering I didn't go to the gym.

In the evening we watched YouTube videos, The GizWiz and a couple of PBS shows off the ROKU. We watched a show from NOVA called Super Tunnel. This was about a group of engineers working on the super underground tunnel in London for their mass transit system. It showed how the engineers are accomplishing this. Later I worked on my book and played computer games.
