Laid Back Day
It's Thursday, no dancing so we had a laid back day. We didn't have anything on the agenda we just hung around the house doing this and that.
It was a hot day with the morning temperature of 74 degrees and the high of 95 degrees.
The mowers came and mowed about lunchtime. We were glad they came otherwise we would have to mow the backyard and the northside of the front. Our neighbor, Jason was nice enough to mow the frontyard closest to his yard Saturday. Thank you Jason.
Larry spent the morning reading. He finished The First Ladies by Marie Benedict. He said it wasn't bad but it wasn't excellent it was ok.
Keep cool under the air conditioner with a book
While Larry read I played games and workout.
I played the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Two Game Tango Mini of 6 games (3 Spider and 3 Pyramid). It took me 24 minutes and 45 seconds, to complete, which put me in 37th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.
I worked out for an hour and a half.
I worked out with the Wii Fit for a half hour. I did two exercises from the Aerobics menu for 10 minutes, which were 2 minutes with Hula Hoop and 8 minutes with Rhythm Boxing. I did three exercises from the Balances Game menu for 11 minutes, which were 3 minutes with Balance Bubble four times, 5 minutes with Table Tilt one time and 3 minutes with Tightrope Walk two times. I did one exercise from the Training Plus for 3 minutes, which was Perfect 10 two times. I did three exercises from the Yoga menu for 6 minutes, which were 2 minutes with Half Moon. 2 minutes with Palm Tree and 2 minutes with Warrior. It was a great workout.
I worked out with Just Dance for a half hour using Just Dance 2014 for 20 minutes and Just Dance 2015 for 10 minutes. I danced 20 minutes to six songs on Just Dance 2014, which were Just Dance, Flash Dance (What A Feeling), Gentleman, Love Boat, Rich Girl and It's You. I danced 10 minutes to three songs on Just Dance 2015, which were Problem, The Fox (What Does The Fox Say and Happy. It was another great workout.
The last half hour was playing two games of Pirate's Plunder on Bounce Arcade. The first game was a flop. The second game I earned a silver trophy. I earned a new ball, two Jolliest Roger, Raised the Sails two times, fought and defeated my enemies two times, played Skelton Swamp and busted the banister to get the Cutlass Clash. I had fun playing Pirate's Plunder considering I hadn't played Pirate's Plunder since 6/7/26 about a month.
I played ten games of pinball. I played five games on the mini cabinet, which were Cirqus Voltaire, Creature From The Black Lagoon, Fish Tales, The Big LeBowski and The Goonies. While playing Fish Tales I became high score #4 and The Big LeBowski I became high score #2. I played five games on the big cabinet, which were Game of Thrones, Medieval Madness, Michael, Queen and The Beach Boys. While playing Michael, Queen and The Beach Boys I became high score #2 in all three. While playing Game of Thrones I didn't get a new high score for the weekly challenge but I became high score #2. I had a great day of playing pinball.
We watched YouTube videos.
In the evening we watched Dune Part Two again from our movies collection. Afterwards Larry was flipping around in YouTube and came across a live streaming of Billy String on The Austin City Limits. Billy String is a Bluegrass singer. After it was over I watched The Lord of the Ring: The Two Towers from our movies collection. I ended up doing 5,000 steps.
