A beautiful day of boating |
We woke up to a slight breeze so we headed to the lake. We haven't had to fill the boat up with gas this year so the gas in the tank is about a year old. We wanted to use it up and we have not been up to the far end of the lake in a long time so today was the perfect day. We launched the boat at Rogers Park and drove all the way to the bridge at McGregory Park. It was a pleasant ride, we saw a few herons hanging around and fishermen. On the way back we decided to water ski considering the water was nice. While skiing we saw a couple of families enjoying the lake by tubing. After skiing we continued our way back to the ramp. We stopped again to swim for a bit. Then we loaded the boat on the trailer, wiped it down and headed home.

Target has sodas on sale, four 12 packs for $10.00, after lunch we went to Target and picked up a few things.
On Monday evenings we usually go to Sun City to dance with the Sundancers but this week they were not dancing because the hall was being used for a Fourth of July Concert. In the evening we finished watching the fifth season of Endeavour and began watching the new season of The Tunnel. Then I worked out for a half hour with Just Dance. We had a great day.
