3-21 Dancing to Chet Miles

Chet Miles and me
Well, another chilly morning but the sun is shining. What should we do today? Larry said " I know what we can do, we can install the new shelf." This month when The Home Depot Seeds Program came Larry only chose one item, it was an EZ Shelf unit. It came in a few days ago so this morning Larry decided to install it, only took about 45 minutes. Larry decided he was going to put the EZ Shelf in his workroom closet above the shelf that is already in the closet. First he measured out how high the brackets were going to be. He held the bracket on the wall and leveled it out. Then he marked where the anchors should go and screwed them in the wall where the marks were. He screwed the left bracket to the wall, then the right side. Once both brackets were on the walls he put the shelf poles in the holes in the bracket. Once all the poles were in place he screwed the center bracket to the wall and the shelf was finished. The EZ Shelf looks great. It took him longer to write and submit the review than it did to install the shelf. After the project was done I read.

In the evening we went to Sun City Georgetown to attend the Sundancers dance. Brad was out of town so they invited Chet Miles to fill in for him. There were five squares and by the end of the night there was one square. This was the first time we had danced to Chet and we felt he did a great job. He ended up calling eight tips with three of them being plus and in between the tips he played a song. He didn't have any round dancing music but people got up in danced to the songs. I wore my "new" dress. We had a super time.

Before going to bed I finished reading Iron Lake. It was a good book.
