Tuesday 10-21-25 Liberty Hill C1/A2 Dance, Pinball & More

Awesome Day

We had an awesome day with a lot of sunshine. The low was 66 degrees and the high of 84 degrees. It felt cool because there was a breeze.

We spent the day in Liberty Hill at the Ski's house dancing C1/A2 to John Kephart out of San Antonio. Kay and Bob were out of town but they had someone taking care of their house so she let us in to dance. We danced C1 with Susan and Henry for an hour between 12:00 to 1:00. It had been over two months and we all did very well dancing. We danced to two couple tapes by Johnny Preston, Tony Collingwood and Don Moger. We had a great time dancing with Henry and Susan.

At 1:00 to 3:00 we danced A2 to John Kephart. We had enough people for one square and three extra people. We used cards so we were scheduled to sit out two tips but I danced one of the tips because one of the guys needed a partner. The second tip was the last tip so we left ten minutes earlier. As we were leaving we said good-bye to everyone. The dancers were very happy to see us. We had fun dancing to John.

We were home by 4:20. When we got home I made dinner from leftover chicken.

I played four different pinball games on the big cabinet. They were Gilligan's Island, Queen, Willow and Big Lebowski. I didn't get a new high score playing Gilligan's Island but got very close. My high score for Gillian's Island was ok, which put me 20th place out of 33 participants. While playing Willow I entered my initials has high score # 3 and Big Lebowski as high score #2. I played Queen using the new VR room and PUP-PAC. It played great and looked and sound super. I had a great time.

In the evening we finished watching the first season of Maigret on PBS. Then I watched Flashdance on Paramount +. It was a 1983 movie about an eighteen old year female welder, who dreams about being in the Pittsburgh ballet school. I don't remember if I ever watched this movie. It turned out to be a good movie. Then I watched Top Gun: Maverick from our movies collection. I ended up doing 4,000 steps.
