Smile and Be Happy

 

We had another beautiful day. The low temperature was 65 degrees and the high was 88. The temperature was perfect to work outside. 

When I woke up this morning Larry was already outside working on the Minnie. After I had breakfast I went outside to keep him company. Today he finished up the air conditioner project. Yesterday he installed the new motor, today he installed the new seal around the air conditioner on the roof. Then he went inside and wired the new motor in. Next he started the air conditioner to make sure it worked. It started right up and was so much quieter than it had been. Then he let the unit run for a couple of hours. It works perfect. Now we either need rain or to wash the roof to make sure the new seal fixed the leak.

While the air conditioner was running we went to town. We picked up a couple of things at HEB and then went across the parking lot to Little Caesar's to get a pizza for our lunch and dinner. Final stop was the UPS Store to check our mail. 

Once we were at home we had lunch. Then we went outside and checked the air conditioner. Larry turned it off because it was running perfect. I helped Larry lift the cover of the air conditioner up onto the roof. Once it was on the roof Larry put it on the unit by screwing it on. He wanted to make sure the unit was covered because we're suppose to get some rain in the next couple of days.

 I continued reading the seventh and final book of Vienna Blood by Frank Tallis. The book is Mephisto Waltz.

In the afternoon I worked out on the Synth Riders with four songs for a half hour. While working out I did the songs two times. I earned six new high scores and six outstanding games, which mean I didn't miss any balls and the other two games I missed one ball. Below are my best high score in each song.

I also played two games of Monster Manor and one game of Gunpowder Gulch on Bounce Arcade. I didn't do too well on the first Monster Manor but the second one I earned a bronze trophy. I tried to stun the manor and failed but I did wake up the manor. While playing Gunpowder Gulch I earned a silver trophy. I played four multiballs, which were Jailhouse Break, Wooden Sign Rally, Saloon and Safe Crack. I played three different events. I played the Barrel Barrage three times and fail, the Quick Drawl once and failed and the Safe Crack once and was successful. I had fun.

Monster Manor

While I worked out Larry played a couple of games on the mini cabinet. They were Guardians of the Galaxy and Elvira Scared Stiff. He had a great game playing Guardians of the Galaxy by becoming Grand Champion.

When I finished working out I played pinball in both the mini cabinet and the big cabinet. On the mini cabinet I played four games, which were Guardians of the Galaxy (two player), Elvira Scared Stiff, JP Space Cadet and Three Angels. While playing Guardians of the Galaxy I became Grand Champion and high score #2. Sorry, Larry I knocked you to #1. While playing JP Space Cadet I became high score #4.

I played four games on the big cabinet, which were Gilligan's Island, World Cup Soccer, The Great Houdini and Jaws. While playing Jaws I became high score #1.

In the evening we continued watching the third season of Vienna Blood on PBS. Last week Diane Keaton passed away so on Kanopy they have some of her movies available to watch for free. After Larry went to bed I watched The First Wives Club. I haven't watched it before. It was a 1996 movie staring Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton. It was a cute movie about getting even with their ex-husbands. Then I watched the second Indiana Jones The Temple of Dome. I ended up doing 6,500 steps.
