10-15 Fright Night Dance

The back door on Louise's house needs to be replaced so the other day we stopped by and measured the door. The door is a patio door and she would like to have a doggy door in the new door. Larry talked to a company in Houston that said they could get the door she wanted but we would have to go all the way to Houston to pick it up. We would prefer to purchase it locally.. This morning we visited a couple of companies and asked about ordering a new door.

   The first one we stopped by was McCoy's Building Supplies. We gave them the information and they would have to call their supplier, he called us a few hours later and said they could get the door and it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Larry told Wes he would think about it and let him know. The second company we stopped at was Tri-Supply. They're still working on finding out if they can get a door. The problem they're having is that it's not a standard size. They do all the assembly of the doors on site and their supplier ships the standard doors to them.

In the evening Larry and I went to our club dance, it was called The Fright Night Dance, where people dressed up in Halloween costumes. We had enough people for three mainstream squares and two plus squares. Dorothy cued one round dance tip and one line dance tip. Larry and I brought stuff for tacos and a carrot cake. The rest of the club members brought chips, vegetable plate and other desserts. We had a great time visiting and dancing with our friends.
