Tuesday 5-12-26 Movie, Minnie Projects, Puzzle & Games

 

Gorgeous Day

We had a gorgeous day with sunshine and very little wind. The morning temperature was 58 degrees and the high was 86 degrees.

Larry did a couple of projects on the Minnie. One was installing the new faucet in the kitchen. I helped him when he needed me by holding the faucet while he tightened the hoses and nuts and bolts. Second was replacing the fuel filler hose, that was temporarily fixed with a radiator hose. The radiator hose worked great but it is not suppose to be used for gasoline. We had gotten the right hose when we were on the road but wanted to replace it when we got home because he would have the right tools and space.

We went to see The Sheep Detectives at 10:10 am. When we got to the theater again, there were a few school buses in the parking lot. We went inside and the lady said they were in another theater. She they would be busy all week with children from the schools because they had extra money and they had to spend it. There was only one other couple in the theater with us. The movie was very cute about a Shepard being murdered and his sheep investigated the murder.

After the movie we stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up more cookies to bake and a few crafting products Larry needed. Larry was going to take me out for lunch at Taco Bell but it was too busy.      

I played 10 games of pinball. I played five games on the big cabinet, which were Godzilla, Jaws, JP Viper Night Driving, Junk Yard and Tales From the Crypt. While playing JP Viper Night Driving I became high score #4, Godzilla I became high score #6 and Tales From the Crypt I got a new high score. My new score for the challenge of Tales From the Crypt was 385,956,490. This score moved me from 47th place to 14th place out of 59 participants. Great day for playing pinball.

I played five games on the mini cabinet, which were Attack From Mars, Creature From The Black Lagoon, Fish Tales, No Fear and Willie Wonka. While playing Creature From The Black Lagoon I became high score #3 and Fish Tales high score #3. I didn't get on the board playing Attack From Mars and No Fear but I had great games.

In the evening we started to watch season 16th of Call the Midwife on PBS. When Larry went to bed I watched The Lion King and Ooops! Noah Is Gone from our movies collection. While watching television I worked on my jigsaw puzzle. I ended up doing 4,000 steps.
