Happy Mother's Day

I hope you had a great Mother's Day. 

We had a beautiful day. The morning temperature was 67 degrees and it got up to 87 degrees at 5:00 pm. Then the temperature dropped to 68 degrees by 9:00 pm when a front came in. The front brought wind and rain. The rain came down in sheets and continued falling steady for a couple of hours. The rain stayed around until early morning. I was glad we were at home and Larry didn't have to drive it.

Today is Sunday and a new weekly pinball challenge begins. Last week the challenge was Elvira Scared Stiff. This week's challenge is Tales From the Crypt, which started at 2:00 pm. Before it began I played Scared Stiff to get a new high score. I played it for about an hour and was successful with 9,362,560. This put me in 77th place out of 130 participants. When the new challenge started I played it. My first high score in Tales From the Crypt was 122,467,200, which put me in 20th place out of 24 participants. This is a good beginning for the week.

After playing the challenges I played three other games on the big cabinet, which were Medieval Madness, Monster Bash and Queen. I didn't get on the board but I did very well considering I had played virtual pinball for seven weeks.

I played four games on the mini cabinet, which were Cirqus Voltaire, JP Space Cadet, No Good Goffers! and Pirates of the Caribbean. While playing Cirqus Voltaire I joined the Cirqus.

Larry spent the day having fun playing with different electronic devices. He played a few games of pinball on the mini cabinet. Larry called his mother to wish her a happy mother's day.

I played the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Medium Mayhem of 27 games. It took me 1 hour, 6 minutes and 1 seconds, which put me in 7th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2. 

In the evening we watched Wicked. When Larry went to bed I watched All Dogs Go to Heaven on Hoopla. It was a cute animated movie about a canine called Charlie, that sneaks out of heaven. He befriends a orphan little girl and learns about friendship and love. Then I watched Christopher Robin from our movies collection.

While watching television I worked on my jigsaw puzzle. I ended up doing 4,000 steps.
