What a beautiful day we had with sunshine and the temperature at 85 degrees.
We have had so much rain that Belton Lake is about 10 feet over full. The Corps of Engineers hadn't opened the gate at the dam because below us there has been flooding going on. But today they opened the gate to release some water.
This morning we went to Walmart to purchase oil for the lawn mower. We also stopped at AutoZone and bought a new style A/C charging hose. Now we're ready to finish charging the A/C in the truck.
In the evening we went to Sun City to dance with the Sundancers. For the class we had six squares and an extra couple. Brad introduced us to two Plus calls, Anything and Spread and Spin Change the Gears. After the class we went to What A Burger for dinner. When we got back to the dance there were three squares of dancers. The last hour of the dance there were two squares and everyone knew Plus so we danced Plus the rest of the night. We had five couples for an Advanced tip. One of the couples, Peter and Colleen are taking Advanced classes and Brad called the tip with the moves they knew to give them floor time. We had an outstanding evening of dancing.
