Louise and Alice |
Today was our third day at Louise's working on her ceiling. We installed more ceiling tile in the living room and glued a divider to the ceiling in the kitchen. Larry had to trim a lot of the tiles to line up with the walls and ceiling. He had to trim the tiles where the ceiling fan goes and corners of the wall from the kitchen to the living room. While Larry and I were doing the tile Louise painted the air vents. Before calling it a day Larry installed a new ceiling fan for Louise (Hampton Bay 52" fan). The fan had 24 LED lights instead of light bulbs and it had a single globe instead of four small globes. The fan was easier than the last fan because Larry used the old fan box. He has not yet installed the blades because he still has to work around the fan. The fan looks great. The living room looks super so far.

In the evening we watched YouTube videos and a couple of documentaries on Amazon. The first documentary was Fritz, which was about a struggling artist. The second documentary was Farmland, where they followed and interviewed six young farmers. It talked about the farmers struggles and rewards. Both documentaries were very good.
