We had a windy Sunday so we didn't go to the lake instead we walked the Nolan Creek trail. Everytime we walk the trail we see many other people using it. Mothers and Grandmothers are pushing their young in a stroller or they walk the trail with them. As we were walking today we saw a mother and daughter running the trail. When they were resting the daughter would continue by doing jumping jacks. Before they started their run they stretched, I have a bad habit of not stretching before or after my workout. It was very humid so by the end of our walk we were sweaty. We walked for about 45 minutes. After our walk we went home.
When we got home we watched a couple of episodes of GizWiz. While watching the GizWiz I worked on my puzzle and did some Sudoku.
In the afternoon we went to Allemande Hall to dance A with the TIPS club. There were five couples and Wendell did the calling. We had a very nice afternoon visiting with friends and dancing to Wendell.
When we got home I barbecued bratwurst sausage for dinner. While eating dinner we watched our YouTube videos and then we spent the rest of the evening finishing up the first season of The Expanse. It was very disappointing because they didn't close out the season, they simply stopped in the middle of the story. There is a second season but you have to buy it for $19.99, not going to do that, heck they probably still wouldn't finish the story.
