Tuesday 8-8 A Day of Relaxing

We woke up to overcast skies and the humidity was high so we decided just to stay around the house and relax.

I spent most of the day working on my puzzle. In the afternoon I worked out with my Wii Fit for a half hour, Gold's Gym for a half hour and Just Dance for a half hour. 

Larry started a house project. One of the dining room chairs has been wobbly for awhile and needs to be taken apart and rebuilt. Today was the perfect day to begin the project. He knows it will take him a few days to do the project. Today he started taking the chair apart. Before taking it apart he marked each piece so he could put it back together correctly. Next he soaked each joint with alcohol to dissolve the glue. Then he tapped the piece lightly in order to try and break it loose. This pieces don't come apart easily and this process has to be repeated many times until finally he gets the chair totally apart. He did get a couple of pieces removed today but it will probably take a couple of days to completely disassemble the chair. Once everything is disassembled he will need to clean everything up, repair any bad pieces and then reassemble the chair.

In the evening we watched our YouTube videos and started watching an Amazon series called The Last Tycoon. We watched three episodes and so far I like it. It stars Matt Bomer, Kelsey Grammer and Lily Collins. It's is based on a fiction book by F. Scott Fitzgerald about the first Hollywood executive  in 1930s, Monroe Stahr. We had a relaxing evening.
