Once a month Jimmy Johnson sends an email out to a group of square dancers to see if they want to meet and dance DBD. If at least two squares of people respond saying they will attend he has the dance. The dance consist of two, two hour sessions of dancing with an hour in between for dinner. Today was the day for the dance. The dance takes place at the Briarcliff Community Center which is over 2 hours away. We had enough people for three squares and an extra couple, we hadn't had three squares in a long time. I brought brownies, Carolyn brought banana nut mini muffins and another couple brought chocolate covered coconut almonds for dessert. Everyone brought their own dinner. Jimmy did an outstanding job of calling. We had a super time dancing with friends.
We got home a little after 9:00 and we watched one of our PBS shows ( Prime Suspect: Tennison). It was the final episode of the season and I didn't like the ending of it. Then I watched Father Brown. We had an outstanding day.
