Today was cool with a cold wind out of the north but this didn't stop us from going for a walk. We loaded Flo into the car and headed to town.

Our walk was on the Nolan Creek Trail and around The University of Mary Baylor-Hardin. We parked in Yettie Polk Park and headed up the trail towards the university. We crossed over Nolan Creek via the large walking bridge and followed the trail to the university where we turned left and walking along MLK street to the new bridge. When we arrived at the bridge we saw a sign that there was a small nature trail, we had stopped by this bridge when it opened last summer and there was no trail. It is a short loop that started out in the open and then went along Nolan Creek. The trail looked like it was brand new and it had a loose surface material that made walking a bit challenging however it was easy to walk. After completing the trail we went back to the university. We had only walked about an half hour so we decided to walk around the campus, we strolled by Crusader Stadium, the President's Home and a few other homes and halls. On the way back to the car we walked by a nice playground and water splash pad at Harris Community Park. Our walk took about an hour and we walked about two miles. We had a very pleasant walk.
After our walk we swung by HEB to do our weekly grocery shopping, next we picked up our mail at the UPS Store.
Larry and I had a dentist appointment at 2:30 so we didn't do too much after lunch. I cut up lettuce, radishes and red peppers to make a salad for our dinner. Larry likes salads but I can take them or leave them. Larry did some small odds and ends on the RV.
In the evening we went to Sun City to dance with the Sundancers A dancers. We had five and a half couples so we rotated in and out each tip. Everyone was happy to see us considering we have been gone for a month. We had a super time.
When we got home Flo was happy to see us. I took her out and then we relaxed for about an hour before calling it a night.
