Having Fun |
What did we do today? Well, let me see. Oh ya I know what we did. We started the day off by loading Flo into the car and going to town. We went to Aldi to pick up a few things that were on sale. Larry and I walked around the store about a half hour. We bought what we went there for plus a little more then we went to Walmart. The car needed gas and we had to pick up a prescription.

Doing Chores |
Larry spent most of the day working on backing up our files on the computer. I have a lot of pictures that went back many years so he made them smaller by using a computer program. Once he shrunk the file the next step is to back them up to the cloud (GoDaddy). I did a little laundry, housework and cooking.
This weekend we're going to be busy square dancing at Allemande Hall. Every year Jimmy Johnson's DBD group invite Jerry Story to come and call for a weekend of high energy DBD. They usually have the dances in Austin but the church they normally use was remodeling so they had to find another place and Allemande Hall was the lucky place. We were excited about that considering it's closer and we don;t have to drive through Austin.

This evening was it's opening dance. There were five squares and two extra couples. They used the computer to designate what square you dance in or if you sit out for the tip. Well, we were lucky and got to sit out one tip. We saw some of our friends from the TIPS Club, they were surprised considering we had been in the valley and they weren't sure if we were going to attend this event. We had an outstanding night. The calling was fast and the squares were excellent. After the dance Jerry did an A2 Star Tip, which gave us another opportunity to dance A. There were two squares and an extra couple. We did very well.
