Tuesday 2-4-25 Dancing C1/A2

Smile and be happy

We had an overcast day with the high of 83 degrees.

I started the day by doing the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Easy Street Mini of 15 games. It took me 33 minutes and 24 seconds, which put me in 18th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

Larry started the day out by working on the mini cabinet. Yesterday he installed more games. Today he tweaked the games to make them work correctly.

We left the house at 10:30 to go to our weekly A2 dance in Liberty Hill at the Ski's house. This week we met up with Henry and Susan to dance C1 via tape for an hour before the A2 dance. Henry hadn't danced C1 for about five years and Susan hadn't danced C1 for about 20 years. They did very well considering we danced to Don Moger. Henry used his cell phone to run the tape. He said next week he will try to use an easier caller, maybe Johnny Preston. During the A2 dance we had enough people for a full square and two people could sit out. John Kephart did a great job of calling the dance. When we had problems with a move he would walk us through the move. We had a super time dancing with friends.

Having fun

Before the dance we parked the car in a parking lot in Liberty Hill and had lunch. I made us a sandwich before we left the house. We ate the sandwich, chips and a Great Value Krispy Treat.

We got back home at 4:20. I made dinner, which was leftovers from last night.

After dinner I played three pinball games, they were Monster Bash, Scooby Doo and The Big Lebowski.

 The Big Lebowski

I worked on the Fairy diamond painting.

After playing pinball we continued watching 13th season of Death In Paradise. Then I started watching the fourth season of McDonald & Dobbs. It's a detective series on BritBox. I end up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 3rd place in my group.
