Tuesday 2-18-25 Dancing C1/A2, Crafting & Games

Cold Front

We had a nasty cold day. It was very windy all day. A front came in about 10:00 am with a lite rain and fog. We woke up to 54 degrees and got up to the high of 57 degrees at 3:00. Then the temperature started to drop by midnight the temperature was 25 degrees.

Larry started the day doing more paper crafting.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Pyramid Adventure of 20 games. It took me 1 hour, 27 minutes and 26 seconds to complete, which put me in 11th place in my group. When I got home from the dance I played Angry Birds.

We went to Liberty Hill to dance C1/A2. We left the house at 10:30 am to get to Kay and Bob's house for the dance at 12:00. When we got to Liberty Hill we stopped at a convenience store and ate lunch. We danced C1 with Henry and Susan for an hour to tape (Johnny Preston). The A2 dance started at 1:00 for two hours. We had exactly enough dancers for two squares. John did an excellent job of calling the dance. We had a great day of dancing with friends.

On the way home we stopped at the UPS Store to get our mail. Then we filled up the car with gas. It is suppose to be brutally cold and Larry wanted ensure the car was full of fuel.

I played four games of pinball. They were Bay Watch, Star Trek the Next Generation, The Flintstones and Elvira Scared Stiff. I didn't get on the board while playing the games but I had fun.

I continued working on my diamond painting of the Princess.

In the evening we watched the third movie of Star Wars, which was Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, this was from our movies collection. Then I started watching the third season of Hope Street. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 3rd place in my group.
