Wednesday 3-13 100 Degrees in March

It's hot!!!

It got to 100 degrees today but tomorrow it is suppose to be in the 80's and then even cooler after that.

We started the day off by attending the Wednesday J5 get together at the recreation hall.

Things are starting to wind down. Over the next two weeks all of the square dancing will stop and most of the activities at the RV parks will also cease. Some folks have already left and there are quite a few leaving this week. We plan on dancing Friday morning and leaving in the afternoon.

This morning we went to Darryl's A2 Dance. We had six squares. In between a couple of tips Karen Tripp cued a line dance. I and another lady joined her. At the end of the dance we said good-bye to Darryl and his wife Decah. We told them we were leaving Friday. We had a great morning of dancing.

We had a little over an hour to have lunch so we decided to go to Fazoli's. We shared their Italian Trio Salad and for dessert we shared a piece of Chocolate Hazel Cheese Cake. The salad was excellent and it came with some great breadsticks.

At one we were back on the dance floor for a C1 dance with Joe Saltel. There were two squares and two extra couples. Charlie and Regina were there. Joe did an excellent job calling the dance. The dance was more like a workshop because Joe cued us through calls we were having problem with. We said our good-byes to Joe.

I spent the rest of the day playing computer games and reading.
