Sun Shiny Day |
It was a gorgeous day. The sun was shining and it got up to the low 80's. Flo spent most of the day sunning. While she was shining Larry worked on RV Projects. The other day I mentioned that he was going to install a light in the closet. He is still waiting for the switch but he decided to get a head start by wiring it for power, he got as far as he could and stopped. When we were on our trip to the Valley I told Larry that we needed a container to replace the box that my cast iron skillets came in, it was falling apart. I measured the box and wrote down the size of container I needed and we went to Walmart and picked up a container. When we got back to the Minnie the container was a bit too short. Larry looked at the container and said he could make it work, he felt it would be better to modify it otherwise the next size container would be too big to fit in the space we have. After working on the power to the closet he modified the container. He used a Dremel to cut a groove on the side of the container so that the handle could slide into. Once he did this he cleaned it up and the container works perfect for the skillets.

Louis called and asked if we were going to go square dancing with The Coryell County Squares. Larry told him that he and I were still not feeling too well. We wanted to take the evening off so we would be able to dance tomorrow night to Bear Miller. In the evening we rented a movie on Google Play called Bridge of Spies starring Tom Hanks. It was based on a real story during the Cold War, where an American lawyer is recruited to defend a Soviet spy in court. It was a real good movie, of course I love Tom Hanks movies.
