Raspberry PI Ultimate Starter Kit |
Larry is very excited, his Raspberry PI starter kit arrived. He read the manual that came with it, assembled and hooked it up to a television we had in the motor home and got it to work. Larry came across a problem, the audio wouldn't play through the television so he did a little research and found other people who had the same problem. He had to install a few fixes in order to get the audio to work. Now that the audio works he can start having fun playing with it and creating new gadgets.
In the evening we watched three documentaries on Amazon Mile...Mile and a Half, Hanna Ranch and Tell Them Anything You Want: Portrait of Maurice Sendak. The first one was about five friends hiking the John Muir Trail (211 miles) from the Yosemite to Mount Whitney. We enjoyed watching this film and looking at the great photography. The second one was about a visionary cattleman Kirk Hanna and his personal struggles to protect the environment and ranching at the same time. This was an amazing film on how intelligent Kirk was on the environment and how active he was on saving it at the same time ranching. The last one was about Maurice Hanna, who is an American illustrator and writer of children books. He became well known for Where the Wild Things Are. This film was very entertaining and Maurice made us laugh at times. All the films were good.
