5-5 We’re Home

 

It rain steady all night and was still coming down when we woke up. It finally stopped at 9:00 shortly afterwards we hit the road to continued our adventure home.  Larry drove over 400 miles to get back to the house so it ended up being a long day but we’re home. Larry was exhausted and so was I but I wanted to empty out the Minnie before taking a break. While I was doing this Larry got things going in the house. Once this was done we had dinner and relaxed for the rest of the night.

We had a super Spring Trip !!!!! We were on the road for 40 days, drove 5318 miles and visited a lot of magnificent places. We camped in seven states Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Utah and Colorado. We spent 2 nights in Texas at a RV Park and a County Park. We spent 5 nights in New Mexico at a National Forest, a Casino, a BLM Campground and a State Park. We also toured the Very Large Array. We spent 6 nights in Arizona at Grandma house and a Casino. We spent 4 nights in Nevada at a State Park and 2 Casinos. We spent 12 nights in California at 3 National Parks, a National Forest, a City Park, 2 State Parks, 1 Walmart and a County Park. We also toured Hearst Castle. We spent 7 nights in Utah at a National Park and 4 State Parks. We also drove through a National Park and toured Fremont Indian Museum. We spent 4 nights in Colorado at a National Forest, a National Monument and a State Park. We visited new places and revisited other places we have been before. LIFE IS GOOD!!!
