Sunday 3-9-25 Daylight Saving Begins, Dancing, Projects & Games

Daylight Saving Spring Forward

Before going to bed last night I set one of our clocks ahead an hour because in the middle of the night the time changed.

Once again when I woke up my breakfast was made by Larry.

I wasn't feeling well so I didn't workout but I still played games.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Two Game Tango Mini of 6 games (3 Spider and 3 Tri Peaks). I didn't do too well. It took me 18 minutes and 17 seconds, which put me in 32nd place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

I played two games of Asteroid Outpost in Bounce Arcade. The first one was a bust but the second one I earned a silver trophy. I mined the asteroids seven times and was successful in completing the mining once. I played a multiball but didn't do too well. I had a great time.

I played four pinball games. Today was the beginning of a new weekly pinball, which is Cactus Canyon. We already have this game Larry will change the number of balls from 5 to 3 so I can play. He'll do this tomorrow. Before last week's challenge ended at 2:00 I played it and got a new high score. I didn't post it because it was very close to the old one and it won't move me up in the challenge. The challenge was Transformer and I came in 52nd out of 58 participants. The other three games were Attack From Mars, Bay Watch and The Champion Pub. While playing Attack From Mars I entered my initials as high score #1. I defeated the martians for all the countries (France, Germany, Italy, England and United States) and I also destroyed the martians ship. I fought the martians. I had a good afternoon of playing pinball.

Larry spent the day working on the jukebox project.

In between doing this and that I worked on my diamond painting of Butterfly Flowers.

In the evening we went to Sun City to attend the Sundancers Plus Dance. It was for an hour and forty-five minutes. On the way there we stopped by Dollar Tree to buy a birthday card for Larry's friend Mike. We arrived at the dance a few minutes before the dance, which started at 6:00. We had three squares and Gary had to dance and call to complete the third square. A lot of the dancers just graduated from the plus class so Gary worked shopped the moves they were struggling with. I took a cinnamon coffee cake that I baked with us. We ended up bringing some home with us. We had a great time.

We were home by 9:00. We watched YouTube videos. When Larry went to bed I watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom out of our movies collection. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 2nd place in my group for the week with 126,592 steps.
