Temple Car Show
We had a busy day. The weather was windy with the high of 85 degrees.
We kept busy finishing up getting ready for our spring trip.
First we went to town to pickup a few things. Our first stopped was HEB then we went across the street to Walmart.

Once we were at home we continued getting the Minnie ready. I finished loading up the Minnie and made the bed. I also did a couple loads of clothes. I made enchiladas to take with us and cooked up some chicken.
Larry loaded the motorcycle on the back of the Minnie and covered it.
About 2:00 we went to Temple for Petals & Pints, it was labeled as the best of local craft breweries, wineries, and the stunning wildflowers that make Temple the Wildflower Capital of Texas! The event was to highlight spring. They had a small car show, local craft brewers, wineries and wildflowers. They had food trucks, live entertainment, games for kids, local artists showing their wares, arts and craft booths, cornhole tournament a praying mantis and butterflies to pedal around the parking lot. Temple has an Art Train Project, where local artist paint miniature replicas train engines throughout downtown. They have eight engines so far. Today we saw two of them at the festival. They had armadillo racing. We didn't see the race but we saw the owners run to catch the armadillos that escaped. I've never seen an armadillo run as fast as these did when they got out the gate. We walked around for about an hour and had fun. The event took place at Santa Fe Plaza. Temple did an outstanding job of fixing up the park area and organized where the food trucks can park.

I played four pinball games. They were World Joker Poker, White Water, The Great Houdini and Family Guy. While I played White Water I became high scorer #2.

In the evening relaxed in front of the television watching YouTube videos. This weekend the 2025 Texas Pinball Festival is in Dallas at the Embassy Suites. The event has over 400 pinball games, classic video games and other game room goodies. They have vendors selling pinball nick-knacks. We watched a videos on the festival and music videos. While watching the YouTube videos I did my housework. Before I go on our trips I like doing housework so we can come home to a clean house.
After Larry went to bed I watched The Sound of Music. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 5th place in my group.
We had a super day.
