Friday 3-28-25 Rainy Morning & Overcast Day

 

Having fun in the rain

 

We didn't do much today. We woke up to a rainy morning. The rain came in about 8:00 and was gone by noon. It was steady and at times heavy. We didn't go for a hike instead we hung around the Minnie.

Larry read a book. I finished reading Mary Jane by Jessica Anya Blau. It was a very good book. When I finished Mary Jane I asked Larry to choose another one. He was more than happy to do so. He picked The Guncle by Steven Rowley. It about a gay uncle. He said it was a good book. I'll start it tomorrow.

I spent most of the day playing games. I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Two Game Tango Mini of 6 games (3 Spider and 3 Free Cell). It took me 15 minutes and 52 seconds, which put me in 23rd place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

In the evening I walked around the campground for an hour. I walked around the cabin area three times. Then I came and got Larry to walk with me for 20 minutes. When we got back to the Minnie I finished doing my steps in place. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 4th place in my group.

Tomorrow the rain is suppose to be gone so we'll probably go hiking.
