SUnday 3-16-25 Waxing the Minnie, New Pinball Challenge & More

We had a beautiful day with blue skies and low winds. The morning temperature was 50 degrees and the high was 78 degrees.

Larry spent four hours waxing the Minnie. He waited until 10:00 before he went out to wax the Minnie he wanted the sun to warm the air a little bit. He waxed the front and the north side of Minnie. Tomorrow he'll do the back and south side of the Minnie. The front is the most difficult.

Larry didn't need my help so I had a laid back day. I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: World Tour Mini of 10 games. It took me 1 hour, 31 minutes and 50 seconds to complete, which put me in 34th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

I worked out with the Wii Fit for a half hour and a half hour with Synth Riders.

I played two games of Pirate's Plunder in Bounce Arcade. I earned a silver trophy both times and defeated my enemies two times. The second game I fought my enemies a third time and failed to defeat them. I got a couple of Jolly Rogers while playing both games. The second game I fought the skulls. The second game was the best game. I had a good day of playing Pirate's Plunder.

Today was the beginning of my weekly challenge in pinball. The new game is Family Guy. We didn't have this game so Larry downloaded and installed it on the pinball cabinet. He installed it in both VR and 2D. The new challenge didn't start until 2:00 so I had time to play last week's challenge Cactus Canyon. I didn't earn a new high score. I ended up coming in 40th place out of 68 participants. When the new challenge started I played Family Guy to get my first high score, which was 21,729,850. This put me in 5th place so far.

I played six other games. They were Nightmare Before Christmas, Junk Yard, Bay Watch, Fish Tales, The Godfather and Scooby Doo. While playing The Godfather I became high score #3 and Scooby Doo I became high score #4.

In the evening we watched a few episodes of Elementary. Then I watched The De Vinci Code from our movies collections. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 5th place in my group for the week with 126,101 steps.
