Awesome Day
We had an awesome Saturday with gorgeous weather. The morning temperature was 53 degrees and the high of 84 degrees. There was a breeze, which made it very comfortable.
I started the day out by making pancakes for breakfast. After breakfast we decided to to go to town. Ever since we got our VR headsets we have been storing them on the kitchen counter where we have other electronic devices and chargers. Larry decided to build a shelf for the headsets. First stop we did was at The Home Depot to check out the shelves they have to offer. We found one we liked. Larry had done some research on trim edging for boards when you cut them. The internet said that our local The Home Depot didn't have it but the Killeen store does. We didn't want to go all the way to Killeen to get the trim edging. Larry also checked out Lowe's and they had the trim edging. We figured that Lowe's would have a shelf close to the one at The Home Depot. We left The Home Depot empty handed and went to Lowe's. We found a shelf that we liked and they also had the trim edging. They must not sell too much of the trim edging because the packaging was very dusty.
On the way home we stopped by and donated a box of items to the Goodwill store.
When we got home we worked on building the shelf. First Larry went and measured how long he wanted the shelf. Then he cut the shelf down to size using his miter saw. Larry made legs (sides) to hold the shelf together, that way he didn't have to drill tile on the back of the wall. Before cutting the legs he measured to see how tall he wanted it and to make sure the headsets fit and didn't hit the cabinet. After cutting the shelf to size and legs he drilled three pocket holes for screws on each leg. Then he screwed the legs to the shelf. It came out great. He took one of the legs off because he wanted to put the trim edging on the bottom edge. He used my iron and pressed the trim on the bottom edge and on the edge he had cut. The other edges already had a trim on it. Finally he assembled the shelving unit and put it in the kitchen. It looks great and the counter is much better organized.

I played the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Two Game Tango Mini of 6 games (three spider and three free cell). it took me 15 minutes and 9 seconds, which put me in 6th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.
I worked out for a half hour with my Wii Fit and a half hour with Gold's Gym. While working out with Gold's Gym I had to start all over. I learned the different punches and stepping. I think I may be sore tomorrow.
My Wii Fit workout
Worked on the Basic area and Beginner (warm up and 13 minutes workout)
I worked on my jigsaw puzzle when I could.
I played eight pinball games. I played four games on the mini cabinet, which were Cirqus Voltaire, Creature From The Black Lagoon, Godzilla and The Goonies. While I played Cirqus Voltaire I became high score #3 and Godzilla I became high score #2. I had a supe day of playing pinball on the mini cabinet. I played four games on the big cabinet, which were Great Houdini, Guns N' Roses, Junk Yard and Theatre of Magic. I didn't get on the board playing pinball on the big cabinet but I had fun.

In the evening we watched The Secret Garden on Hoopla. It was a movie about Mary Lennox, who was orphaned and was sent from British India to live with her uncle in England and discovers a secret garden. It was a good movie. After Larry went to bed I watched the third Kingsman, which was The King's Man and Shrek 3 from our movies collection. I ended up doing 6,000 steps.
