Manic Monday
Today is three days before Christmas. Have you finished your Christmas shopping?
We had a beautiful day with the morning temperature of 49 degrees and the high of 78 degrees and sunshine.
Di wrote an e-mail saying that she and Terry decided to spend time with their families for the holidays so there will be no dancing for the next two weeks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We we went to the UPS Store to check our mail and pickup a package, that was waiting for us. The package was Christmas gifts and goodies from Larry's aunt Barbara. There were chocolate clusters along with chocolates from Hazel Hill, Russell Stover and Cashmere caramel crunch. We also stopped by Dollar Tree. More and more items are no longer $1.25, lots of things are now marked higher.

In the afternoon we snacked on the Hazel Hill chocolates. I took a little nap because I wasn't feeling well. Larry spent most of the day working on updating the virtual pinball program on the cabinet. He has not updated the actual software that controls the games in quite awhile. Afterwards he played a few games to make sure everything was working correctly with the new software. He also scrolled through all the games to make sure the update didn't break anything. The update missed up Fish Tales but Larry was able to fix the problem. Larry played Dracula, Magic Pinball, Nightmare Before Christmas, Space Lord and JP Space Cadet. He had a great time playing pinball.
Larry removed Alexa + from our devices. We really like the new voices and personality of Alexa + but it also changed the clock on the bedroom Echo Show 5 to a small clock, the only way to fix this was to revert back to the original Alexa. Lots of people are complaining about this and hopefully they will fix it. They also removed the presence awareness, Larry didn't see any complaints about that so he doesn't have any idea if they will bring it back.
After my nap I worked out with three songs on Synth Riders for 40 minutes. The songs were Empire Of Steel (4:41), Abyss (4:44) and Automatic Call (3:59). I did each song twice and ended up doing two outstanding (didn't miss any balls) on Empire Of Steel Mask. I had fun doing Synth Riders.

I played one game of Gunpowder Gulch on Bounce for 45 minutes. I earned a new high score by getting a diamond trophy. I earned a new ball. I played all four events and was successful in two, which were Safe Crack and Gunfight. I played Gunfight three times, Safe Crack once, Barrel Barrage five times and Quick Drawl four times. I played Saloon Multiball twice, Wooden Sign Rally twice, Jailbreak three times and Safe Crack once. I had an outstanding game of Gunpowder Gulch.

While I was playing Gunpowder Gulch our grocery home delivery from Walmart was delivered. Larry brought the groceries in the house. When I finished I put everything away.
I played the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong before I went to bed last night. The event was Event: Free Cell Adventure of 20 games. It took me 3 hours, 22 minutes and 20 seconds, which put me in 10th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.
I played four games of pinball, which were Cirqus Voltaire, Jaws, Monster Bash and Tron. I played very well even though I didn't get on the high score board. I had fun.

In the evening we watched Three Thousand Years of Longing on Prime Videos. It was about storytelling and was very good. It was a fantasy, romantic movie starring Tilda Swinton and Idris Elba. It said we watched before but we didn't remember. But while watching it we remembered some of it. After Larry went to bed I watched Iron Man 2 from our collection of movies. I ended up doing 1,000 steps.
