Beautiful Fall Day
We had another beautiful fall day with a lot of sunshine. The low was 42 degrees and got up to 73 degrees.
A couple of weeks ago Louise called to see how our trip went. She mentioned that one of her switches in the bathroom wasn't working. Larry finally got all his projects done so we decided to go to Round Rock to fix the switch. We hadn't visited with her in quite awhile so this was a good enough excuse to do so.
We left the house a little after 8:00 am and stopped by Jack 'n' Jill to buy a few donuts for our breakfast. We arrived at Louise's house at 9:15 am. Before we left the house Larry called her to let her know we were coming. Alice was very excited to see us and ran all over the front yard. We visited for a bit. Then Larry fixed her switch. He brought a switch from home he had laying around the house and it worked perfect. Next project was reprogramming her Alexa device so she can see her security cameras. While Larry did the projects Louise and I visited. I played with Alice. Louise had already decorated the house for Christmas. The only thing left for her to do is put up her Christmas tree. The house looked great. Louise asked me to take a picture of a couple of Christmas stockings, that Shirley had made her.

Before leaving home I packed a lunch for all of us. We had sandwiches with pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese on a Brioche buns and chips. Louise made peanut butter cookies for dessert. After lunch we visited a little longer and said our good-byes. We had a super visit.
Today starts a new week for my weekly challenge on pinball. This weeks game is Avatar. Larry had it on the cabinet before and still had the files so he re-installed it. Then he played it. He also took off a few games that we seldom play. He reset Indianapolis 500 back to 5 balls instead of 3 balls from last week challenge. I didn't have time to play Indianapolis today before it ended today. My final high score was 821,601,640, which put me in 39th out of 73 participants. I played Avatar a few times and got my first high score of 16,740,570 I didn't submit it because the score was a little blurry. I also played six other games, which were Star Trek The Next Generation, Elvira Scared Stiff, Big Lebowski, Willie Wonka, The Great Houdini and Playboy. While playing Playboy I played Mansion Mania and entered my initials as a Mansion Champion. I had fun

I played two games of Monster Manor on Bounce Arcade. The first game was my best, where I earned a bronze trophy, woke the manor and stunned the manor once. It wasn't a great game but I had fun.

I played the Daily Solitaire and Mahjong games. Then I played the event, which was Event: Pyramid Adventure of 20 games. It took me 1 hour, 20 minutes and 9 seconds, which put me in 6th place in my group. I played Angry Birds and Friends and Angry Birds 2.
I worked on the jigsaw puzzle while watching television.
In the evening we watched The Last Samurai from our movies collection. We hadn't watched it in a long time. It was a lot better than I remembered. When Larry went to bed I watched Mission Impossible II and Frozen 2. I ended up doing 1,500 steps.
