Friday 11-7-25 Dancing with Ett, Games & Pizza

Doing the happy dance

We had another relaxing day. We didn't have anything on our agenda so we just hung around the house.

Larry spent the day reading. He finished a book a couple of days ago so he started another one. He finished the book and was disappointed because it didn't finish. He tried to locate the second part and discovered the author said she was still writing it and wasn't sure when it was going to be published. The book was very well written and a good story but she is sure to loose a lot of sales on the second book since it is not published and lots of folks won't come back to it.

Relaxing with a book

I spent the day playing games and working on my jigsaw puzzle.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong before going to bed. I played the event, which was Event: Medium Mayhem of 27 games. It took me 1 hour, 22 minutes and 9 seconds, which put me in 11th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds and Friends. Before going to bed today I played Angry Birds 2.

In the afternoon I took an hour and half nap because I couldn't keep my eyes open while working on my jigsaw puzzle.

After my nap I played seven games of pinball. They were Goldeneye, Cactus Canyon (2 players), Willow, Indianapolis 500, The Great Houdini, Theatre of Magic and Avatar. I played very well in all the games even when I didn't get on board. I got on the board in Theatre of Magic as high score #4. While playing Avatar I got a new high score, which put me in 35th place out of 46 participants. I moved up from 43rd place.

In the evening I attended Ett McAtee's Weekly A2 dance at 6:30 for an hour. She called four tips to seven participants. I had a super time dancing to Ett and with friends.

After the dance we watched Captain Marvel from our movies collection. When Larry went to bed I watched the seventh and final Mission Impossible from our movies collection called Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One and Jesse Stone: Night Passage. I ended up doing 2,000 steps.
