Just having fun
We had an overcast day with sprinkles now and then. The low was 45 degrees and it didn't get out of the 70's. It was cool all day.
It's the beginning of a new month so Larry did some of his monthly projects. Yesterday, he put bleach in the septic system. This morning he backed up the files on the computer.
We started the day out by going to the Bell County Expo Center, which is now Cadence Bank Center. The center was having the Gypsy Vanner National Horse Championship going on. We arrived at 10:00 am and hung around for an hour and a half. We watched a few groups competing. During the events the riders are told to doing different moves such as trotting and walking. We don't know how the riders are scored but we like watching the horses and riders. All the riders in each class get a ribbon. We watched a class, that had 10 riders and each one got a ribbon. When they took a break for lunch we went next door to another building to see what's going on. They had goats and lambs, pigs and cattle. They were on lunch break so we didn't see any showing off of the animals but we saw them in pens. The goats were very social and when we walked by them they talked to us. We walked around and saw a lot of beautiful outfits. We went back to the Gypsy Vanner building to see the costume event. It was suppose to start at noon but they started earlier. We got back just as they were getting ready to vote on the best costumes. Some participants both the rider and horse were in costume. There was one adult winner and one child winner. Everyone got candy bars. We had a very nice time watching the horses.

On the way home we stopped by Aldi to do a little grocery shopping.
It was the beginning of the month so I started to play the daily challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. I did the Solitaire Event, which was Event: Two Game Tango Mini of 6 games (3 Spider and 3 Free Cell). I didn't do that well. It took me 33 minutes and 49 seconds, which put me in 42nd place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds and Friends. In the evening I played Angry Birds 2.
I continued assembling the jigsaw puzzle.
I played seven games of pinball, which were Transformers, Godzilla, Junk Yard, Time Lord, Mission Impossible, No Fear and Indianapolis 500. While playing Godzilla I entered my initials as high score #6.
Godzilla
Indianapolis 500
Mission Impossible
No Fear
Time Lord
Transformers
In the evening we watched Eternals from our movies collection. It's a superhero movie and was very good. After Larry went to bed I started watching the Mission Impossible movie series from our movies collection. The first movie was Mission Impossible. I also watched Frozen out of our movies collection. I ended up doing 6,000 steps.
Before Larry went to bed he moved our clock above the television back an hour because Daylight Saving ends in the early morning.
