Thursday 8-9 Doing Weekly Errands and Chores

Smile and be happy

We had another 100 degree day but all is good. Smile and have a happy day.

Larry asked if I wanted to go to the lake but I said maybe tomorrow. Instead we went to town to do our weekly errands. First stop was HEB to do our grocery shopping. It's hatch chili season and HEB had a lot of different products made with hatch chili's. The other day when I made stuffed hot peppers I used Anaheim peppers, they weren't that hot and didn't have a lot of flavor. Today we picked up a few hatch peppers to see if they might have more flavor. After grocery shopping we filled the car up with gas. Next stop was the UPS Store to get our mail. Last stop was Dollar Tree to buy some Lance cookies. After doing all our weekly errands we returned to the house.

After lunch Larry started working on a new project. We have a Amazon Fire Tablet and the speakers in the tablet aren't the greatest so Larry installed a Blue Tooth speaker system. Blue Tooth isn't always reliable so Larry wanted to change the speakers out. He ordered a couple of speakers and they came in today so now he needs to build speaker boxes for them. He is using some extra wood we had around the house. 

While Larry worked on the speaker boxes I did my weekly housework, worked out on the Wii Fit for a half hour and worked on my jigsaw puzzle.

In the evening Larry and Patricia met up with us and we all went to Sun City to dance A with the Sundancers. We had enough people for two squares and an extra person to run the computer. It was very challenging. We had a super time.
