Tuesday 2-6 Follow up dentist visit

Sad morning

We had sad and disappointing news this morning. Larry had an implant placed a few months ago by Dr Howell who owns the dental practice. Before going the Rio Grande Valley he went back for a follow up visit and another dentist was covering, he looked at the implant and said it should be ready for the crown by the time we return from The Valley. This morning was the appointment to make the impression for the crown. When he was in the exam room the dental assistant said she would let Dr. Johnson know he was there, Larry asked about Dr. Howell and found out he died unexpectedly in December. They are trying to find another dentist to take over the practice. The covering dentist was starting the procedure for the crown and found that the implant was not fully integrated. He told Larry that he didn't do implants but a dentist that does will be in tomorrow. So we'll be back tomorrow to find out what to do.

Going to the dentist

It was raining on and off all day and it was cold. Once we got home from the dentist we spent the rest of the day at the house trying to keep warm. Larry read and I worked on my annual book.

In the evening we watched YouTube videos and a western movie called The Dual. It was about a Texas Ranger. It was a very slow moving movie and really didn't have an ending. I didn't like it. After the movie I worked out with Gold's Gym and Just Dance for an hour. 

We had another relaxing day.
