Free book from HEB |
This morning Larry and I again walked to Temple Lake Park. Larry had loaded a GPS App on our smart phone and wanted to see how it worked so we brought the phone with us. We don't use the phone as a phone, it actually is not activated but we can still use all of it's other functions. The App worked pretty well until the phone went to sleep and then it stopped. Once Larry turned off the sleep mode it worked much better. We found out that round trip from the house is 2.5 miles. When we got back we went to town to do our weekly grocery shopping at HEB. When we were going into HEB there was a cart full of free books. There were two of different books but by the time we got finished shopping Scorch Trials by James Dashner was the only book left so we picked one up. Then we picked up our mail at the UPS Store. Before going back to the house we stopped by Taco Bell and had the Boss Nacho for lunch. I felt guilty that Larry and I went on a couple of walks without Flo so I took her for a walk. We walked around the neighborhood for about a half hour, I think she enjoyed this.

In the evening we went square dancing with the Coryell County Squares. Ed Larder the club's caller was out of town so they asked Betsy Nyhan to call for him. There were enough people there for two squares for mainstream and one square for plus. In between the square dancing tips Betsy played songs. We had a nice evening.
