Larry and Marty enjoying the dance |
We had a super day. In the morning Larry and I went on a hour walk. Larry had ordered a book from Amazon and they shipped it via the United States Post Office, instead of it coming to our house or the UPS Store where are mail normally goes it was going to our old house in Austin. Really weird since we hadn't lived there for over two and a half years. He called the post office yesterday and told them his problem. They told him to contact Amazon to see what address it had. He told them it had the correct address and he had been getting packages from Amazon at the right address. He told them that the post office had rerouted the package. They thought they solved the problem by rerouting the package but today he found that the package was delivered to our old address. So back on the phone to the post office he went. He told the representative about the problem and they told him to call the Austin post office to find out what was going on. He told them he had already called many times and they didn't answer their phone, they then delegated the problem to someone in Belton. The representative called Larry and told him she was going to call the Austin post office, he wished her luck, she called back saying she couldn't get them to answer their phone either so she sent them an email. So now he's waiting to see what happens. In the afternoon I went outside with Flo to pickup her droppings and she decided she wanted to go for a walk. I stopped what I was doing and caught up with her at the neighbors house. She laid down in the driveway and would not get up, I went back to the house and got the car. Then I took her to the lake so she could go swimming. She swam a lot and we talked to a lady that had a couple of dogs. After they all said hello Flo continued her swim. When she was finished I put her back into the car and we went home. We were at the lake about a half hour. When we got back to the house I continued what I was doing earlier and Flo sunned. Then we went inside and I baked some cookie brownies to take with us this evening to the Killeen Kickers Dance.

Line Dancing with friends |
In the evening Larry and I went to the Killeen Kickers Dance. There were five mainstream squares and three plus squares. Betsy invited Dan Clairmont to call the dance to night. He did a super job. In between the square dancing tips Christina Wiggins cued either a couple of rounds and a couple of lines. When she did the lines I danced. Dan has a following from Sun City and they made a square by themselves. We had a great time dancing with them and to Dan's calling.
