Wednesday 6-3-26 Paper Crafting, Dancing with Dave, Workout & More

Lets dance and have fun

I hope everyone had a great Wednesday. We just hung around the house and had fun.

Larry finished his book. He did a paper crafting project. Our caller John Kephart is celebrating his 50th year of calling. So Larry made him a card. It took a bit because he hasn't been paper crafting for awhile. The card came out excellent.

I usually have three virtual square dances on Wednesday but two were cancelled. Di Green and Terry McCann's Weekly Plus was cancelled because she had to be in court for her work and wasn't sure she would be back in time. Ett McAtee cancelled her Weekly C1 because she had to take her computer into the shop to be worked on. The only one I attended was Dave Eno's Weekly C1/A2 at 6:00 for an hour and a half. Karin Rabe, Greg Moore and Dave Hutchinson showed up to call with Dave. The format was three tips of C1 to 6 dancers, three tips of A2 to 9 dancers and two Trivia questions in between the A2 tips. In each session the first tip was called by Karin Rabe and Greg Moore, second tip was called by Dave Eno and the third tip was called by Dave Hutchinson. During the C1 tips when Dave Eno called he walked us through a couple of C1 moves, which were Single Cross and Wheel and Single Cross Trade and Wheel. When Dave Hutchinson called he walked us through one C2 tip was Shazam. It was fun doing new moves. During the A2 tip Dave Eno called Paula (dancer and new caller)) called a short sequence and did a super job. Dave finished the tip. I had a super time.

I love square dancing

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Medium Mayhem of 27 games. It took me 1 hour, 34 minutes and 15 seconds to complete, which put us in 18th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.

I worked out for an hour.

I worked out on the Wii Fit for 31 minutes. I did Aerobics for 8 minutes with Rhythm Boxing, Balance Games for 10 minutes with Tightrope Walk for 4 minutes and Balance Bubble for 6 minutes, Strength Training for 7 minutes with Single-Leg Extension for 3 minutes 20 reps per leg, Single-Leg Twist for 2 minutes 20 reps per leg and Sideways Leg Lift for 2 minutes 20 reps per leg and Yoga for 6 minutes with Warrior for 2 minutes, Chair for 2 minutes and Deep Breathing for 2 minutes.

I played one game of Asteroid Outpost on Bounce Arcade. While playing the game for a half hour I earned a silver trophy. I earned an extra ball, I mined four times and was successful in mining two times and I played one multiball called Munition. I had a great game.

I played eight games of pinball. I played four on the mini cabinet, which were No Good Goffers!, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pirate's Life and The Goonies. While playing The Goonies I became high score #3. I played four games on the big cabinet, which were Big Trouble In Little China, Blizzard of Ozz, Creature From the Black Lagoon and Dracula. I worked on The Blue Truck jigsaw puzzle.
