Tuesday 6-2-26 Day of Dancing A2 & Having Fun

 

Awesome Day

We had an awesome day. 

We had partly cloudy skies. The morning temperature was 74 degrees and the high was 92 degrees. 

Overcast Day

We started the day out by attending Di Green and Terry McCann's Weekly A2 dance at 10:00 am for an hour. Di called five tips to 12 participants. Terry started each tip dancing with Di but had to sit down because he had trouble breathing. Larry danced four of the tips with me. We had a great time dancing to Di and Terry and with friends.

After dancing to Di and Terry we had lunch. About 11:30 we left the house to go to Liberty Hill to dance A2 at the Skis' house. John Kephart called for two hours to two squares plus an extra person. We danced every tip. John worked on Left-handed Relay The Deucey and other moves we were having problems with. We had a fun afternoon dancing to John and with friends in person. We didn't have enough dancers to dance C1 to tapes but Susan thanked Larry for taking over the tapes. Hopefully, we'll be able to dance C1 next week.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Tri Peaks Mini of five games. It took me 28 minutes and 43 seconds to complete, which put me in 45th place in my group. I was surprised because I thought I did a lot better. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.

When we got back from the Liberty Hill we had dinner. 

Then I played ten games of pinball. I played five games on the mini cabinet, which were Ace of Speed, Batman Forever, Transformers, Three Angels and Transformers. While playing Transformer I became Grand Champion and Willy Wonka I became high score #2. I played five games on the big cabinet, which were Big Bang Bar, Creature From the Black Lagoon, Indianapolis 500, No Fear and Star Wars. I didn't get on the board on the big cabinet but I had fun.

We watched YouTube videos.

In the evening we watched Project Hail Mary again out of our collection of movies. After Larry went to bed I watched the last Batman movie called The Dark Knight Rises and the third Ice Age movie Dawn of the Dinosaurs out of our collection movies. We don't have the other two yet. I ended up doing 4,000 steps.
