Celebrate it's Friday
We had another hot humid day with clouds and wind. The morning temperature was 78 degrees and the high was 95 degrees and humidity 52%.
The temperature at our house at 3:00 pm
The doe and the fawns walked through the backyard early in the morning before I woke up at 8:00 am. Larry watched them on the security cameras.
Larry kept busy doing this and that. He started the day out by finishing reading a book on his e-reader. Next he did some paper crafting. He assembled the 4th of July eagle. Once again it came out super. Then he worked on the Oppenheimer DVD extras to decide which ones he wanted to keep on the recording. Finally he worked on the security cameras by installing the updated version program on the old laptop and made sure it worked. Once he got the program installed he tested out the trip wire. It works perfect.

I kept busy playing games and working out. I finished The Blue Truck jigsaw puzzle so I worked out a little longer then usually.
I played the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: World Tour Mini of 10 games. It took me 1 hour, 47 minutes and 12 seconds to complete, which put me in 20th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.
I worked out for 2 hours. I worked out with the Wii Fit for 46 minutes. I did four exercises on the Aerobic Menu for 15 minutes (Basic Run Short for 1 minute, Basic Run Long for 2 minutes, Hula Hoop twice for 4 minutes and Rhythm Boxing for 8 minutes), I did four exercises on the Strength Training Menu for 10 minutes (Sideways Leg Lift 20 reps for 2 minutes, Single-Leg Extension 20 reps for 3 minutes, Single-Leg Twist 20 reps for 2 minutes and Torso Twist 6 reps for 3 minutes), I did four exercises on the Yoga Menu for 10 minutes (Chair for 2 minutes, Palm Tree for 2 minutes, Standing Knee twice for 4 minutes and Warrior for 2 minutes) and I did two exercises on the Training Plus for 11 minutes (Obstacle Course twice for 7 minutes and Table Tilt Plus for 4 minutes). We watched YouTube videos.
In the evening we attended Ett McAtee's Weekly A2 dance at 6:30 for an hour. This week Loren Smith from Canada covered for Ett, while she is on vacation. He called five tips of A2 to 9 participants and one tip of C1 to 7 participants. Larry danced with me the whole dance. We had a great time dancing to Loren and withe friends from Australia, Canada and United States.
In the afternoon we watched one Oppenheimer movie extra, which was a little an hour long. This extra was about Oppenheimer and his life and how they made the movie. After the dance we watched another hour extra of Oppenheimer, which was about behind the scenes of making Oppenheimer. The extras were very interesting. The second extra was very informative because we didn't realize how much of the special effects were done by people and not computer. After Larry went to bed I watched Top Gun and the Shrek from our collection of movies. I ended up doing 4,500 steps.
