Lets Dance

We had an overcast humid day. The morning temperature was 80 degrees and the high temperature was 83 degree. We had a small rain shower about noon. We didn't get a lot of rain but it kept the temperature cooler.

Yesterday, we had a surprise in the afternoon. The mowers showed up to mow, they were only here about 15 minutes. We were very happy because our grass was growing fast and we decided we would have to mow again Saturday.

When I got up this morning Larry was already doing some crafting. He assembled the Frankenstein he had cut out yesterday. The difference between the new Frankenstein and the old one is the color is brighter and size is larger. It came out super. Later on he decided on his next project, which is Mrs. and Mr. Scarecrow. He found the file and resized Mr. Scarecrow. Tomorrow he will continue his crafting.

After he finished Frankenstein he moved installed a new security camera on the porch. He has three old Wifi cameras from two different companies around the exterior of the house. He wants to try and consolidate on one brand of a newer camera. It took him a bit to get the camera to work correctly. He went online and found other people were having the same problem. He never gave up and now it works excellent. The new cameras are Tapo Indoor/Outdoor Wifi Security Cameras. They were delivered this morning at 5:00 am.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: The Hard Road of 16 games. It took me 3 hours, 4 minutes and 18 seconds to complete, which put me in 21st place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.

Larry ordered a couple of neck fans. They are suppose to keep you cool while exercising. One goes around your neck and has three speeds, which is Sweetfull Portable Neck Fan . It's loud and the higher speed you use it gets louder. You charge it up like you do any of your electronic devices and cell phones. The other one hangs around your neck and has three speeds and is USB rechargeable, which is Aocollfan Neck Fan. They came in yesterday. While I worked out today with the Synth Riders I used the Sweetfull Portable Neck Fan and it worked great.

I worked out for an hour and a half with the Wii Fit, Gold's Gym and Synth Riders.

I worked out on the Wii Fit for 30 minutes. The Wii Fit Routine was for 26 minutes, that consisted of 12 exercises. They were two Aerobics (Hula Hoop and Rhythm Boxing), one Balance Games (Table Tilt), four Strength Training (Jackknife 10 reps, Rowing Squat 15 reps, Torso Twist 3 reps and Single-Leg Extension 6 reps, three Training Plus (Bird's Eye Bull's Eye, Rhythm Kung-Fu and Rhythm Parade) and two Yoga (Half-Moon and Triangle). I did Basic Run Plus in Training Plus for 4 minutes to complete the workout. It was a great workout.

I worked out with Gold's Gym for 30 minutes. I did a prepared workout for 21 minutes using two routines off of the Beginner Menu for 20 minutes, which were Beginner Combo Warm-Up for 6 minutes and Beginner Combo for 14 minutes) and Sandbag from the Exercise Menu for 1 minute). Then I did one routine off of the Advance Menu, which was Left and Right Step Combo for 8 minutes and Log Chopping from the Exercise Menu for 1 minute.

I worked out with the Synth Riders for 30 minutes to four songs twice, which were Galaxy Joyride, Satanic Panic, Star Fighter and Vampirevania. They were the same songs as yesterday. I wanted to try them again to get a better score on them. I was unsuccessful getting outstanding scores and new high score but I did do better.

I played eight games of pinball. I played four games on the mini cabinet, which were Ace of Speed, Michael Jackson, Monster Bash and Nightmare Before Christmas. I played four games on the big cabinet, which were Big Trouble In Little China, Junk Yard, Willow and World Cup Soccer. I didn't play pinball well but had fun trying to get on the board.

At 6:30 pm we attended Ett McAtee's Weekly A2 dance. This week she is on vacation so Loren Smith covered for her. Larry danced with me the whole dance. Loren called four tips of A2 to 8 participants and one tip of C1 to 7 participants. We had a super time dancing to Loren and with friends.

After the dance we continued watching the 11th season of Grantchester on PBS. When Larry went to bed I watched the fourth Transformers movie called Transformers: Age of Extinction from our collection of movies. I have three more Transformers movies to watch. 

I ended up doing 5,000 steps.
