Saturday 6-6-26 Crafting, Workout, Puzzle & More

Rainy Morning

We had an overcast day with rain in the morning. We woke up with the temperature of 72 degrees and rain. The rain was very steady but went away around lunchtime. The sun peeped out of the clouds for a few minutes. Then the clouds covered it. The high was 89 degrees with the humidity of 59% at 3:00. It was very muggy.

Temperature at our house at 3:00 pm

Larry wakes up about 6:00 every morning. Today when he woke up he saw the doe and her fawn in the backyard. It was raining and it didn't bother them at all. Larry did his morning routine of reading his e-mail and reading the groups he follow.

When I got up at 8:00 I made pancakes for breakfast.

Larry spent the morning and part of the afternoon doing some paper crafting. Today he assembled the Werewolf. It looks great and cute. Then he started his next paper project of a Leprechaun. He already had downloaded the file and edited it. He decided on what color of paper and what type of paper to use for the Leprechaun. Next he cut the pieces out using his Cameo. Now he's ready to assemble it.

I played my games. I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: World Tour Mini of 10 games. It took me 1 hour, 28 minutes and 2 seconds to complete. which put me in 20th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.

In the afternoon I worked out for an hour.

I worked out with the Wii Fit for 31 minutes. Today I did a few exercises in Yoga (Spine Extension, Gate and Grounded V) and Strength Training (Side Lunge and Single-Leg Reach). I didn't too well because it was the first time I did them. The Grounded V I had to hold my legs up to do it because I couldn't keep them up while measuring it. My actual routine was Aerobic for 8 minutes with two exercises (Super Hula Hoop 4 minutes and Rhythm Boxing for 4 minutes), Strength Training for 8 minutes with three exercises (Side Lunge 10 reps for 2 minutes, Single-Leg Reach 6 reps for 2 minutes and Lunge 20 reps for 4 minutes), Training Plus for 3 minutes with Perfect 10 twice and Yoga for 12 minutes with five exercises (Spine Extension, Gate, Grounded V, Downward Facing Dog and Triangle), It was a challenge workout but fun. Below are the new exercises I did.

I worked out with the Synth Riders for 30 minutes with three songs two times, which were Get Up On My Keys, On My Way and Raw. While working out with Get Up On My Keys I earned two outstanding scores.

I played one game of Monster Manor on Bounce Arcade. It was a great game. I earned a silver trophy and a new high score. I accomplished this by doing the Spooky Skylight, Banister Buster, Spider Multiball, Awoken Manor twice and Stunned Manor once. I played this game for 15 minutes.

I played ten games of pinball. I played five games on the mini cabinet, which were 60th Anniversary, Fast Break, JP Dead Pool, Tales of the Arabian Nights and World Joker Poker. While playing 60th Anniversary I became high score #3. While playing Tales of the Arabian Nights I got all the jewels and fought the Gene to free the Princess. I played five games on the big cabinet, which were Cactus Canyon, Creature From The Black Lagoon, JP Viper Night Driver, Nightmare Before Christmas and Star Trek The Next Generation. While playing JP Viper Night Driver I became high score #4. I had a great afternoon of playing pinball.

In the evening we watched a movie called H Is For Hawk from Hoopla. It was a biographical movie about Helen Macdonald, who decided to train a goshawk after a sudden death of her father to cope with the grief. It was very slow moving but ok. After Larry went to bed I watched the first Jack Reacher, which was Jack Reacher from our collection of movies. I ended up doing 4,000 steps.

I worked on The Blue Truck puzzle while watching television.
