Sunday 11-24-24 Sundancers Plus Dance, New Challenge & More

 

We had a beautiful day with the high of 80 degrees with wind. 

Larry spent part of the day working on his mini pinball cabinet. He is working with wood filler and paint, this part of the process is slow going.

Larry installed a couple of pinball games. One was the new version of Medieval Madness and the other one was my new weekly challenge, which is Jurassic Park. After installing the games he played them. He installed the challenge in both 2D and VR. 

I played last weeks challenge of Playboy before Jurassic Park took over for this week. I didn't get a new high score but I did get to play Mansion Mania so I entered my initials on the cabinet. In the weekly challenge I ended up in 16th place out of 51 participants. My high score was 55,756,220. Jurassic Park has a very cool VR room, below are a couple of pictures of it. I played Jurassic Park a couple of time and got 112,280,710 as my first high score of the new week.

I played three other games, which were Black Rose, Queen and Medieval Madness. While playing Black Rose I became Grand Champion. I had a great day playing pinball.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Tri Peaks Adventure of 20 games. It took me 1 hour, 30 minutes and 26 seconds, which put me in 19th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

I spent most of the day working on the diamond painting project of the Tiger.

I worked out with the Synth Riders for 45 minutes. Before I worked out Larry put his headset face mask on my headset. It has opening on the sides, it is suppose to be cooler, it also allows you to see a bit of your actual room. Some people say it helps with with motion sickness, Larry said it didn't help him. When I workout I sweat a lot and the headset gets hot. Using this face mask I didn't see a difference in sweating but it was a lot cooler around the head.

In the evening we went to Sun City to dance Plus with the Sundancers. The dance was from 6:00 to 7:45 and we had enough for one square and five people sitting out. Gary did a good job of calling the dance and work shopping moves the dancers were have trouble with. We had fun dancing with friends.

When we got home and finished watching the first season of Elementary. Then I started watching the third season of Hidden. I ended up doing 17,000 steps, which put me in 2nd place in my group for the week with 123,233 steps.
